We have set up a simple ordering system for our employees.

Each employee is allowed to purchase a certain number of product each year, and the number allowed is detailed in the product description. There is no need for you to keep a track of how many you order, as when your order is sent, it will automatically be entered into a database. This means that once you have reached your annual allowence, no more products will be sent to you, until the New Year.
