Our  supplier is holding stock for us, and a weekly order will be collated and processed on Thursday evenings, for all orders received in the past week. (ie Friday to Thursday)

These will be despatched to reach our embriodery and print department the following Monday/Tuesday and we would expect to deliver the finished product to the Club within 14 days. (The exact length of delivery will depend upon the quantities we are processing, but whilst we say it will be 21 days from order, we are aiming for a 14 day turnaround. You will be kept advised of any problems via by email.). This means that we are aiming to deliver ALL orders within a 21 day period from receipt of order

Where will you collect your orders from? These will be delivered to the Club Shop, unless you have asked for home delivery via Courrier (£12.50). At the checkout it will show the delivery address as Sportsclass Ltd. If you do not want home delivery please leave this or just fill it in with Ipswich RFC address. If you want home address please fill in your home address and change the delivery instructions in the form.

There are exceptions to this: Playing Kit can only be manufactured in lots of 20 shirts, and the lead time is 6 weeks, from the time we place orders. You will be kept informed of the process.
