We use three methods of print for our clothing. We will advise you of the best method to choose.
Embroidery
Embroidery is by far the classiest form of print. It is also the most expensive to do and set up. The costs are worked out on the number of stitches used to create the logo, and there is no restriction on designs that can be used. One draw back is that logos need to be "Digitised" to enable the embroidery machines to work, and this is a costly to do. Average digitisation of logos is between £20-£100. However you will retain the right to the digitisation discs. 16p/1000stitches |

Screen Printing
Screen printing is the easiest and most universal method, especially on promotional items, such as T's , Polos and Hoodies. There is a smaller set up cost than for embroidery, £18.00 approx per design. Multi colour screen printing is also possible, where bigger logos are required. £1.75/print |
Cad Printing
The latest addition to printing types, cad printing is the applying of the reversed image by heat, directly onto the garment. Cheaper than screen printing. Excellent for sports wear and waterproof wear. Numbers and names are cad cut. from £1.00/print |
